I hatch my own pets egg cant find egg

I hatch too of my own pets. Both were adults. After I hatch them both my egg wont appear any where. I sign off and sign back on many times and my egg still wont appear. I have no idea what happen.

If your backpack was full when you hatched - check your bank.

Ate you sure you paid the price I mean hatching pets is not cheap maybe you just think you did it? 0.o

Ok I know this has nothing to do with this topic but I don't know how to post but your support is not good dude I call and your messages are full seriously though? And then I email about my account being suspended for literally no reason and I have no reason to lie but all I am saying is I want some help I paid over 1000 dollars on my accounts don't treat me wrong like this
