earn crown feature problems

i see 2 problems with the earn crown area.

1. the videos don't play. a white screen pops up says oops trouble with your purchase. close window try again.

i contacted support. i cleared cached. changed browsers. updated flash player. still nothing.

2. i earned crows on freeki games trivia but no crowns why?
