I just started this area and completed the first two dungeons. I'm trying to complete quest "Deep Blue Something" and the arrow points me to the edge of the cliff pointing to Crab Tower, but I cannot find a way to get there. What am I missing?
Sorry Professor Greyrose. The only teleporter is back to the Silent Market. I've scoured every inch of the area and there is nothing. I've gone back to check with Amelia Stardust and she is definitely pointing me to Crab Tower. The arrow brings me there too. Any other suggestions?
