There aren't enough bundles people want to stand out not look the same as everyone else.
People are mostly complaining because they missed a bundle, stuff like that leads to anger.
I noticed your reason might be to make it special to have the bundle if so keep reading this part. Since so many people missed the bundles that have retired you could only do one day to bring back those bundles or even a marathon where each day a bundle comes back for a limited time.
I have one last idea if you are willing to consider. I think there should be a contest to create a bundle idea. The best idea gets created the contest is great publicity and will add excitement to the game.
