Buying back training points

i have a question; if you buy back training points, do you get the ones back you got from prospector zeke?

When you buy them back, you are buying all of them, from quests such as Zeke to leveling, all of them. So any spells you have used training points to purchase are removed from your decks and options unless you repurchase.
