I think you guys really stepped it up with this new content.
AWESOME JOB! The bosses are great, their spells are epic,
and I has SO much fun in the first hour of playing it.

The only problem though:

The music and sound effect volumes that you programmed
are very, very loud.

Please check the default volumes and turn it down, lol.
My settings are almost set to zero.

This is good information to have, thank you.

Would you mind helping us further by letting us know some information about your sound card? Just send your dxdiag file to community@wizard101.com and we'll dig into why the sounds are very loud for you by looking at your sound card, and testing the sounds with that card here in our studio.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of your computer hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
