Monsters on Sidewalk

So I had a glitch where a cyclops was on that sidewalk and I also had a rotting fodder and gobbler on the sidewalk and they just walk on try to go through a building and walk right back on the street.

Any suggestions?

Once I was in The Haunted Caveand I saw a GOBBLER. Besides that, that area of the side walk is 'unsafe'.
