Recently on my Balance wizard, I bought the Level 10+ hat. I went to put it on, And guess what? 3% Balance Resistance, But just 3 Balance damage. Without the % sign. Anyone else notice this? Is it a bug? Typo?

It's not a bug. Some items give you 3pts extra in damage, not 3%. This is only in lower level clothing items.
