Grumish Greataxe?

Is Grumish a main or side quest?
I have finished krokotopia and i thought i would defeat him before going marleybone, but i dont know, Is there a quest that returns you to krok or how you defeat him

Grumish Greataxe is a side quest. Compared to the rest of Krokotopia, he's really a challenge!
