On my level 72 Storm, not yet in Avalon but do have the tapestry to go there. I have gone to see Friar Nolan in Caliburn to receive the quest for Enfeeble, but no joy. No Exclamation Mark.
I also am encountering the same problem with my level 35 Myth trying to get Shatter. I can't speak to Eric in Grizzlehiem in order to get the quest for Shatter.
If anyone can help on these two problems, it would be very much appreciated. I will also respond as soon as I get the quests and let you know how it was solved... if I can solve it. lol
