Help Me, i cant beat all of those bosses!

I can't beat the like 5 bosses to get some key and it is imposible to walk through walls so i cant just do that and i have beaten every signle boss except that last one i die and ive tried putting down lad marks but they dissapire!!! HHHHHHHHEEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPP plz
