I think that pets should have a bonus stat that gives you a power pip if you reach a certain level. I do not like that some bosses start off with 14 pips (7 power pips) but we can start off with a max of four? (excluded from pvp) Don't want to ruin pvp even more i just want more survivability and quicker rounds in battle instead of buffing and waiting for pips

Start off with 4 pips? We already do. You can get 2 power pips which is pretty much the same as 4 pips.
