How to garden using the pots...?

I still live in dorms (level 13!) and I can now garden.With no grass in my dorm how can i garden?It gave me some pots but I can't develop any soil in them!!

For gardening in pots you only need to plant a seed in the pot. The soil spells are for planting in the ground.

Also if you need a different size or soil type for your seed, you'll have to get another pot. The bazaar has a wide assortment of these.

You don't need to develop the soil, you just need to plant the seed. Click your gardening icon, select the seed and plant. Voila! :-)
