So when it comes to sending an email to Support, do we need to use the email adress of our account or can we use any seeing we have to include the username anyways?

Hello,

If you use the same email address that the account is registered under, we don't have to go a bunch of extra security steps with you to confirm you actually own the account. Just saying "I own the account "stormschool99"" is not enough to convince us to reset your password if you're emailing us from a wholly unrelated email address. Make sense?
