How do I fix this error?

When I log on to Wizard101 everything goes smoothly. The first thing I do when I go on is check on my plants so I go to my house, but after about 15 seconds I get an error that says: Can not connect to Wizard101. Please try again later.

At first I thought it was error 126, so I tried the solution twice but I am still getting the error.

Has anyone else been getting this error, and how do I fix it?

Hello Young Wizard!

It sounds like there may be an issue with some of the art in your home and there's something not downloading correctly. You may want to try a clean installation of the game to see if this corrects the problem or improves it.

Please uninstall, reboot your PC, redownload the game from www.wizard101.com and then reinstall. We recommend before reinstalling that you log out in the Commons Area as it will make re-entering the game faster and easier.

I am pretty is the Rye Bread Fruit Brush I planted, it looked like a giant seed and the little icon on the side of my screen that says the image is downloading always said 0%. I will try that right now, thank you!

Oops I meant to say I planted the bred bush a long time ago so it shouldn't have looked like a seed.
