Level 63/67/69 Spell Ideas (Revised)

Level 63/69 is bought with training points. Level 67 is school quest.

All level 63 spells are [school name] sphere, changing it from one attack to the opposite. All level 63 spells are 0 pips, and all level 67 spells are 9 pips.

Balance:
63- Balance Sphere: Change Balance to Life/Myth/Death (blade, random).
67- Balance God: 970 damage
69- Dragon Blade: +30% Damage (Blade). 0 pips

Fire:
67- Hephaestus: 1010 damage.
69- Over Kill: +30% damage to next over time attack spell. 0 pips.

Ice:
67- Ice King: 890 damage.
69- ?: +25% ice damage to all enemies. 1 pip.

Storm:
67- Zeus/Neptune: 1170 damage.
69- ???

Myth:
67- Chimera: 660 to all enemies.
69- ??? Maybe something to do with attacks that do more than one shot?

Life:
67- Siren: 910 damage.
69- Superb: +50% heal. 0 pips.

Death:
67- Night Stalker: 800 damage & half heal. Animation: Malistaire's minion (like the one in his battle) comes out, shoots blue stuff, then shoots it back at you as health.
69- Night Blade: +35% attack to next steal health spell.

Also, possibly switch the 67/69 level stuff.
