If not, go back to Felicia Worthington in Marleybone. Remember that it's not enough to just craft 3 Poniards of Gallantry and 2 Rings of Insight. You have to turn them into Ms. Worthington.
If you've already sold any/all of them, you can buy them back at the Bazaar. Note that you can't skip the Crafting process and just buy them in the first place. Ms. Worthington will only accept them from the Bazaar if you already crafted enough of them to qualify.
