Go into your options (press the ESC key). On the second tab from the left, change "Smoothing" to "Crown Shop". That should fix your problem. If it doesn't, send in a ticket to Support.
Every where in wizard 101 I try to use the crown shop on the the same computer and it keeps frezzing.please help ,make it better
The crown shop has this problem on many computers. I have tried to call it up to buy a henchamn, and it timed out twice before I could do the buying. I am not sure why, but both it and the character stats/etc book are very slow these days. Even the maps are slow.
