Mr. Lincoln or Technical Support?

Professor Greyrose,

I read that it was possible to ask Mr. Lincoln to transfer wizards from one account to another provided they were in the same family account or sub-account.

Is this done by sending an email similiar to asking technical support a question?

Thank you for your time. Sorry if this question has been asked, but I know the information is private and wanted to be sure I was following the proper format.

The answer you seek is in the Halston's Lab section of the message boards:

If both accounts (the from & to) are linked in a Family of Accounts, pass our security checks and are subscribed for a 1 year term, we will transfer the characters for you.

If your situation meet these conditions, send an email to support@wizard101.com and let Mr Lincoln know the Source Account, the Destination Account, and the name of the character(s) to be transferred and he will look into the transfer for you.

All of Mr Lincoln's decisions are final when it comes to character transfer requests.

Doesn't that equate to penilizing players who are in the game for the long haul via Pay-per-section accounts?

Shouldn't all customers who have payed you their money under any circumstance be treated with the same customer service?

Find a way to fulfill these requests without devaluing Pay-per-section players.
