Hello,
After talking to the headmasters and starting to go to mushu, when it was updating the things of mushu, my game has crashed...
After trying to re-login, it always stuck at the file :

CRC_Sound_Dialogue_MS-WorldData.dat

And gives the following error:

Error 123: You were unable to complete the Wizard101 download.

I'm able to download everything except this..

Help please

We should be able to get you around it though! Please try this:

*Delete C:\Program Files\KingsIsle Entertainment\Wizard101\/Data/GameData/Sound_Dialogue-WorldData.wad
*Replace that with this: http://versionllnw.us.wizard101.com/WizPatcher/LatestBuild/Data/GameData/Sound_Dialogue-WorldData.wad?v=401F035A
*Relaunch Wizard101!

That should do it! If you get stuck patching again, just send me a new copy of your WizardLauncher.log.txt files so I can see where you're getting hung up. Good luck!

I tried that, but doesn't work for me. How can I send you my Wizardlauncher log?

Hello,

We've found that customers who have this problem have solved it 1 of 3 ways. The first way is to verify that the file is not being blocked via your anti-virus software (like Norton)

The second was to uninstall, reboot, re-download and reinstall the game. We've been told that this may not work the first time and 2-3 attempts may be needed.

The third method is to locate a PC that does not have this error and to copy the entire BIN folder (located in the \KingsIsle Entertainment\Wizard101\ folder) to a portable hard drive or Memory card and then COPY over your existing BIN folder with the working copy.

Sincerely,

Note that with Windows 7, the Wizard101 files are now in the "C:\ProgramData\KingsIsle Entertainment" folder.
