When people are teasing others or being very rude to me or my friends I try to report them but when I click on them the Report Button is grayed out. Then, I clicked Ignore and tryed to report them but it was still grayed out. What's the deal? I have had this problem multiple times. On all my characters. I even made another account and tryed to do it but it was still grayed out. I don't understand the problem.
