Reportable Offense?

If someone is using different words to circumvent the chat filter, in order to use curse words...Is this reportable?

I report everyone I see doing i and haven't gotten banned for false reports, so I guess it is a reportable offense.

i also have some questions
is saying someone's annoying something you can get reported for?
and is calling a low lvl a noob also a thing that can get yo reported?

1. depends n what you call them, if you harass them or insult them by bypassing the filter then yes you can be reported.
2. no calling someone a noob can NOT get you in trouble. it makes the low level fee a bit sad yes, but noob will NOT get you in any trouble that i know of what-so-ever

Yes you can. One time some mean person just came up to me and said some bad word in Uppercase which was in another word. I reported her and I didnt get Suspended :-)
