Black Screen?!?!?!?!

I was doing the Vault of Ice quest with a few friends, when all of a sudden, my screen went BLACK except for chat box, health/mana, and menus. This happened TWICE. If anyone has also experienced the same problem, please let me know.

PS: This hasn't happened since being in the Vault of Ice 2 days ago.

easy is it moving only part of the screen black
and is it changing where the black is on screen


IF SO : try to turn off smoothing in option of game
(if it help let me know)

you know the book and the option things well
go to where it says smoothing turn it off
and it will work it is 90% of time works it is not a glitch or crash

it was probably your computer just crashing. happens to my computer all the time. well not the black screen but the game freezes constantly for me
