Power Pips Bug.

So in my Grandmaster Death Wizard I have the fallowing equipments.

Spiderskeer's Darkshroud: Witch add 6% power pips.

Malistaire's Drake Ebon Robe: Witch add 6% power pips.

Kraysys' boots of retreats : Witch add 5%

Gurtok's Ender Blade: Witch add 10% of power pips.

Gurtok's Mortis Seal: Witch add 10%

My Wraith Pet: witch add 5% of power pips

All that makes 42% of power pips.
Now you add that to the 40% witch a character has already when you reach level 50.
That makes 82% chance of power pips, but for some reason in my stats show that I have 80% why is that?
