Strategic Deck

I think a deck that you would be able to set a select group of cards in would be a great idea.

You would select so many cards to be in a shield, trap or blade area. Blades and traps could be within its own area.
You would select so many heals in to come up.
You would select so many attacks.
You would have the option of a wand / item area or this would be another area you could add selected items into.

When in battle you get 1 selection from the heal area, 2 selection from trap area, 2 selection from attack area. Remaining cards are random from the card selections.

Would teach a strategic way of fighting since you would have to learn how to build with your deck for fighting.

Building the deck would be a quest that starts around level 36. See the Bazaar and he gives you the quest to start gathering selected items that drop. Items would be from all over the realms and would not finish till access to Dragonspyre supplies that last items. I'm thinking this deck would include a total of 80 spells.

Suggested items would be Lost Soul cloaks for the paper. Then specific items per class. EX: Winterwing Darktalon feathers for quills. Kraken blood and Polluted Water Elemental essence for ink. KARANAHN RAVAGER spears for the case. ETC. (Basically the requirements would need to stretch across all of the worlds. May even start the quest at an earlier period but then require more items. Requirements could include reagents. Could also include some common household items as well. Firewood stacks, books, etc.

Life would have a larger Heal area. Balance a Larger Trap, Shield & Blade Area. Death can add the Absorb spells to their heal area (Ghoul, Vampire & Wraith). Fire, Storm and Balance may get 3 attacks but have a smaller Buff area. Not trying to make anyone class too strong but build more strategy into the cards available. If possible Zero level spells would be in one area (say 4/5 spells) which could be cast randomly by your pet.
