Where can I find Tear Jewel

I have been searching vendors. I am looking for Tear Jewel but I can't seem to find one. All the Jewel are low-level.

You can also grow Jewel Tear Blossom . They only drop these type of jewels upon elder harvest.

Tear jewels are randomly dropped from various enemies, they can also be bought from jewel crafting vendors and from the pvp vendor on unicorn way. The end game tear jewels (125 HP) are farmed in the final four dungeons in empyrea.
