So in the catacombs I have a quest to find Hargraves notes, and explore the dungeons. This culminates in fighting Viggor's drake. I have done this over 10 times and I'm not finding any notes, and Hargrave is never available to talk to me.
What am I missing? The arrow leads me right out of the dungeon. I have explored every inch and not found any notes...
