New wand says no pvp on minion yet it works in pvp
Hi, there's this wand that has a maycast that summons a minion of "sinbad." I'm pretty sure it's new and it's not supposed to work in pvp, but it does as I just saw a match with someone with that minion in. The minion has like 3000 health so the wand needs to be fixed. Thanks.
