Hands of Fate...what am I missing?

Hands of Fate...what am I missing?

The first recipe I can buy in the Deckathalon event is Enhanced Hands of Fate...which requires a Hands of Fate to craft...but I can't figure out where to get Hands of Fate...have searched for it on the boards and wikis with no luck. Can anyone let me in on how to get them?

It should be one of the first rewards on the horizontal bar. You need to score a set amount of points to open that "present".
