So, earlier, I did a PSA thing about things others hate. Allow me to remind you all of some common sense rules to getting other people to like you

1. Don't start a team for a skeleton key dungeon without bringing a key, then snap at others when they dont have (or just wont spend) their keys. Especially not the one who points it out.

2 Dont snap at people at all, actually. Even if "They started it", that doesnt make you right.

3. If you see newer players than you in a lower area youre in, and you dont absolutely need certain reagents, don't just take them. Leave them for the newer players to enjoy.

4. If you join a fight, and arent explicitly told to do nothing, try to contribute something to the fight.

5. Be sure to help newer players as much as you can. If you have some vendor trash treasure cards that arent even worth it to sell, perhaps offer them to a newer player, instead. Generosity is likely to keep more players into the game, and give you more future partners for hard dungeons.

6. Always be willing to help newbies in general. Be it teleporting them to later grinding areas

7. If youre a newbie, and enter somewhere you think is out of your league, don't fret! Just swap your outclassed offensive spells for some support and healing cards, and help the bigger wizards out. They'll usually be grateful.

8. Do your research! Even if you only have menu chat, its easy to find out the cheats and spells of harder bosses on the wiki!

Allow me to add a few with emphasis on newer and younger players as well.

Don't speed through a dungeon during team-ups - Remember, new players especially will want to read and immerse themselves within the game's dialogue. Skipping through these and rushing and defeating the enemies without giving newer players a chance to even join is downright rude and quite a disgusting act.

Leave Treasure Chests for newer players too - Similarly to reagents (especially in the earlier worlds such as Wizard City, Krokotopia and Marleybone), you may not need the reagents you see laying around nor the treasure chests, but the newer player(s) usually does. Be courteous and allow them to have access to these resources.

Be Kind - This applies to all players; whether new, experienced or veterans. Kindness goes a long way. Remember, there is a human being behind every computer screen!

Visit the Forums Often - The Message Boards are loaded with helpful tips, hints and advice that can be extremely useful to almost all situations one may find themselves in. It is important that newer players especially take advantage of this valuable resource.

Have Fun - Above all else; remember to have fun! Laugh, enjoy and relax as you go through your adventures of the spiral!

In other words: "Treat people the way you want to be treated". A certain Jewish carpenter has been try to tell us that for a couple of thousand year!
