The area of Reverie is a really good place to quickly harvest the Aethyr reagents. They're in close proximity to each-other so you can save yourself a couple of minutes worth of running around
If you need shocked keys as well, chaos jungle would be a great place to farm! It seems three aethyr bursts and three silver chests spawn per realm there, which is slightly better than inner athanor. If you're only going for aethyr dust/ores, Reverie would be the place to farm, as rusher2828 mentioned above.
