I'm not sure, but didn't the noelephant use to have the sparkly effect when walking? And the jingle bells are hardly audible even turned up. Not sure if they changed it or if another setting got messed up for me. Hoping someone here can enlighten me. It's been awhile since I've used this mount, so I might be remembering it wrong. Thank you.
Just letting you know I figured this one out. No sparkles when it walks, but there should be jingle bells. (The sparkles follow the reindeer and sled.)
The jingle bells are still barely audible but I think that may be my ears as my family member was able to hear it just fine. Thanks to anyone who was trying to figure it out for me.
