New side school?

i think a new side school would be cool for all those retired spells and maybe other cut spells this will be like balance but it unbalances and to be fair about this you need to be 125+, have every badge in 1 world and aquila, have every spell of YOUR school (includes drops and crafts), rank 10 in one or more activities (monstrology, gardening, etc) and have defeated medulla in part 1 of empyrea cause hey something like dampen magic won't be fair to be easy

according to the wiki page right here http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/TreasureCard:Dampen_Magic#axzz5PsUyb9gf the spells description is: Limit all casters to 3 Pip max Notes: When first cast, wizards with more than 3 / will keep them but cannot gain any more. Once those wizards have less than 3 / again, they can gain new ones up to the limit of 3. AKA a global that limits every wizards to only 3 pips and can not gain new pips until the pips are under 3

this would be a nice way to bring back spells like simplify which reduces spell mana by 1 pip EXAMPLE: elemental blade (1 pip) + simplify (0 pip) = 0 pip elemental blade tc

do you think this would be a good idea? why and why not i feel like the requirements are good

and before you say this is like IMPOSSIBLE its NOT for a spell for death wizards like lifebane that dispels next incoming life spell or bad juju (2 pip) it should be fair and maybe we can get other overpowered spells like medullas confusion cheat or something (btw these require a badge or gold amount or specific school and not pips)
