I am just seeing if anyone can help me, since I've tried contacting the support team for the last month and have gotten nothing in response.
I don't know why, but I can't download the latest update/patch. I've tried everything I can, short of directly going into the files and changing things. I've completely reinstalled the game, installed it, then tried to download the update. I've uninstalled it, restarted my computer, installed it, then tried to install the update. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, restarting my computer, then tried to install the update. I've done these at least ten times. This is the only game I can play with my long-distance friend and I would love to be able to play it again.
Each time I try to install the update, it gets stuck on the sound/miles file then gives me an error 123 message. I've tried what it says to do, but it doesn't work.
If anyone could help me, then that would be great.
