I was just playing as my wizard but once I clicked to teleport to the commons, it said that my character cannot be played and I have to play as one of my other wizards? When it brought me to the character selection screen, it replaced my ice wizard with some random male wizard. This happened to occur minutes after I equipped a sparkler wand which I've never used before but this might not actually be related to this. Has this ever happened to you? If so, how did you fix it? Thanks!
