Random wand idea

A wand with very bad stats for it's level...
But gives 1 feint card with 75%← 120%→ and with a 1/10 cast rate... Maycast cleanse ward...

Hi there!

Wait, you mean the card will possibly give a 75-120% feint? Interesting...

Anyways, I think it's cool! But the majority of others probably won't use it, thus it won't become something that enters the game

With the slightest chance of Cleanse ward... Removing your 75%
