The Archivist in Celestia sells these treasure cards. She's in the District of the Stars.

You can also get them from gardening, and some bosses drop them.

You can find them in Celestia from the Archivist or in Zafaria from Kiliman Copperleaf. They are sold for 1500 Gold.

You can find the treasures at:
  • The Bazaar (little rare here though).
  • The Archivist in the District of Stars, Celestia also has them available for sale for 1,500 gold each.
