Balancing First and Second in PvP

The real reason the person who goes first in PvP has an advantage is because they always have the opportunity to react to what the person in second casts. Giving those who go second an extra pip at the beginning of the PvP does not balance this issue. Instead, a better way to balance this would be to allow the team in second the ability to see what the team in first chooses for their cards as if they were beguiled. This team would have ten extra seconds to choose their own cards in order to accommodate for teams who would try to pick at the last second and prevent second goers from seeing the casts.

To break it down, imagine a typical 1v1 PvP scenario.

Player A goes first, Player B goes second.

After Player B casts, Player A has the opportunity to cast in response as the next turn occurs, however when Player A makes a cast, Player B had already chosen their spell and therefore did not have the chance to respond the same way that Player A did.

Now imagine if Player B could see the cast Player A had chosen, and Player B has ten extra seconds in which Player A cannot change his/her choice but Player B can still formulate a response to it. This way, every wizard has fair and equal opportunity to counter or respond to casts made by the opposing side.

Now imagine you are Player B. Don't you feel at much less of a disadvantage?

Hopefully I explained that all clearly enough.. let me know what you think! :)
