Does anyone else think that allowing PVP gear for PVE would be a good idea? I don't really see a reason that it wouldn't be available, although lower level gear would have to be nerfed.

PvP gear is only for PvP because it is way too op for PvE play. All of it, that includes every level. They would not nerf it ever because it is purely for PvP use only.
