when I was logging on to wiz I noticed the new Christmas themed events so i tried to redeem my free gift, after putting in the security thing, it told me that i got a yuletide pack so i clicked redeem item and after i logged onto my character, i didn't get anything nor on all my other characters and I'm pretty bummed

did you check your gift box? If you keep your gift box full it may be way under all the other gifts you never collected
