So I was in a quick match, and I fought this guy and lost, but the next round after I fought him again and he was first( both times ). No, I am not trying to say I should've have been first. From the title, he was "abusing" a trick and "bypassing" the dispel block. As I was second, he would CLOAK his dispel and when he did, the dispel block did not show. He finally casted a normal dispel, without cloak and the dispel block appeared, but he would continue to use cloaked dispels. Please fix this, I recommend you guys to not be able to cloak dispels, sure it ruins the art of surprise, but it wouldn't allow players to dispel spam. The person who "did it" was Tyler Breeze a legendary( level 60 ) wizard
