How do I get the Monstrodome?

I got the update recently, but after I talked to Burke I got the spells, but I'm not sure if I was also supposed to get the Mostrodome as well. If I was, then something isn't working. Any help is welcome. Thanks!

nope, after you complete burke's quests you aren't supposed to get the monstrodome, you can either a: craft it, or b: buy it in the crown shop.
