"You've already completed today's assignment"

I keep getting that notice from Aegon when I try to get my daily assignment - but I haven't done today's assignment!
I do it every morning when I log on, and I'm not getting an assignment, plus I keep getting the same assignment on a character from yesterday that I wasn't able to complete.
