Blessing bonus stats to other characters

I've thought of more benefits for players that are hardworking in levelling chars. It should be interesting if one character can 'bless' another character of same account by giving bonus stats, where the extra stats given depends on the school and level of character that grants the stats.
Storm:
lvl10:+10 crit(universal rating)
lvl20:+20crit
lvl30:+30crit
.
.
.
lvl120:+120crit

Fire:
lvl10:+1%dmg(universal)
lvl20:+2%dmg
lvl30:+3%dmg
.
.
.
lvl120:+12%dmg

Ice:
lvl10:+1%resist(universal)
lvl20:+2%resist
lvl30:+3%resist
.
.
.
lvl120:+12%resist

Life:
lvl10:+2% heal boost
lvl20:+4%
.
.
.
lvl120:+24%heal boost

Myth:
lvl10:+5% stun resist
lvl20:+10%
.
.
.
lvl120:+60% stun resist

Death:
lvl10:+50 health
lvl20:+100
.
.
.
lvl120:+600 health

Balance:
lvl20:+1%universal pierce
lvl40:+2%
.

.
lvl120:+6%pierce
Of course, it will be too op if all other chars' bonus stats are focused on one character, therefore it should be limited as receiving ONE blessing of bonus stats at one time, but you can change it to blessing of other school characters anytime, again only ONE type at one time,so the character that already granted blessing can't bless another character at same time unless the receiver 'unequip' the blessing.

I think this will greatly encourage players to level up multiple characters to high level and reward old players that were diligent at questing too, it will also encourage players that get bored after getting 1or 2 chars to max to continue questing.

Imagine the switching of extra high bonus stats at your will, when you go jade, equip max ice's blessing and you'll get immune to most schools, when you go offensive on schools with less dmg, equip max storm/fire blessing and you get better in hitting, when you wear life mastery amulet and equip life's blessing at same time, you become good healer.

Those bonus stats work the best when you have high level characters, but there's no limit to the lvl and school of wizard that received the blessing, so a lvl 1 can receive a max character's blessing and gain prominent advantage over other wizards in questing.

For fairness issue, the bonus stats should not be included during pvp, but it will still be a great help in pve, especially against cheating bosses, dungeons and when questing alone/low lvl.
