I can't Turn in a quest for crafting in Marleybone

I have completed it and reset the game and downloaded it several times over and it still wont turn in!!!!!!

Now this here, is a real glitch. Have you tried contacting moderators? Try this first, if they hadn't patched it, it is because you have probably sold the thing you have made, the same thing happened to me in Krok. Just craft the item again and it should work. (Make sure to keep it in your inventory before talking!)

Did you craft the items and not just gone to Bazaar and bought them?

If you did the latter, you failed to completed the quest.
