Not receiving a response from Kingsisle Support!

Hello, I have been trying to contact customer support to try and get my deleted character restored. I have sent many tickets over the past few weeks only not to receive any help or acknowledgement of my issue. This is very frustrating for me as for being a loyal customer for years. Is anyone else having issues with the support? I hope my issue can be resolved!

Are you receiving Customer Support ticket numbers when you send them emails? Make sure you're checking your junk and email folders as sometimes email providers will sort our responses there. If you do have a Customer Support ticket number, feel free to pass it along and we can assist researching your next steps.

Yes, I have been receiving the email letting me know that you have received my response. However I have not found any response beyond that in my inbox, trash, junk, etc.. This is the most recent ticket I have sent in with the issue of trying to get me character restored #161119-000197.

Due to an abnormally high number of tickets that you've submitted over the past year regarding deleted characters, support is no longer able to provide this service to you.
