I am trying to end my membership, but I cannot find an 'end' button.
It says 'Renews 11/30/2016', and I have not recived an email saying my subscription has been cancelled, but, at the end of the bar, it says 'upgrade', not end.
It appears to be giving conflicting messages as to whether or not I still have a renewing membership.

Log into master account if you can. Click on your account and see if it has an end button. If it does not, that means you will no longer be charged per month basis.

actually I had a typo I meant malvin are you copying me? I wasn't accusing you I was meaning to ask a question
