In these forums, I love posting very detailed ideas, but I very often have to do these in separate parts. I have no problem with having to split them across 2 or 3, but I find it very annoying sometimes when it looks like I've dragged it out through 5 or 6. I think the 3,000 character cap on original posts should be raised to 4,000/5,000/6,000, and the 2,000 character cap on replies should be raised to 2,500/3,000. It wouldn't change much in terms of moderating it, it's the same amount of text just in smaller amounts of posts, but it would save the forum contributors some time in checking the forums and going through multiple pages to add another post. Not very important, but I'd certainly like it.
Sharing or providing instructions and steps in a process requiring more than 3,000 letters and numbers, and all related information in one posting would be appreciated and welcomed.
