earn crown video error

video won't load. i have flash player updated and shockwave installed.

i have a windows 7 soon to upgraded to windows 10
2 1 tb hard drives
3.18 gig ram 1.5 gig free

what can i do? error message says something went wrong when i load video.

has black screen now only a close button no play button.
