Blackhope tower

Hi, Gkflet! Let me answer both of those questions for you.

Blackhope Tower can be found on Unicorn way. According to Wizard101 Wiki, she is located in the very first tower on the street, right next to the first of the lost souls.

Sapphyra's Tower is in Olde Town. If you head down toward Firecat Alley, you will see a tower at the beginning of the street to your immediate left. You can't miss it!

Lady Blackhope's tower is in Unicorn Way. Stay on the left sidewalk and it will be the first tower you see.

Sapphyra's tower is in Olde Town. Go to the lowest level, the one leading to Firecat Alley, and it should be immediately in front of you.
